my diet plan then:
1) 2 glasses of water BEFORE eating
2) Dance Dance Revolution for 1 hour everyday
3) Drink Fitrum (L-carnitine) 3x a day
4) Half apple during lunch (busog na ako dahil sa water, so ang kaya ko na lang kainin is half apple.. try it!)
5) I read an article once, Weighing Yourself everyday has a bigger chance of losing weight (kasi nakikita mo yung progress mo eh..)

After 4 months, I am 135lbs! :D

Late last year, I drink Nature&#039;s Harvest Fab Orange everyday, pero early this year, I switched to Orchard Fresh Orange, kasi 80 calories lang siya (Fab has 180 calories, Fit and Right has 90 calories).. both with L-carnitine.. And now, you should try Envidia, kasi IT ONLY HAS 10 CALORIES! Lahat sila may 300mg of L-carnitine..

Then early this year, I started Hip Hop Abs.. After one month, i can see results! yung upper abs ko kita na.. Try it, it really works! :D</description>

8% is very very difficult. in the philippine setting, we are used to eating our staple rice. which means we eat a lot of carbs that in excess will turn to fat.

how to counter this, either you eat less calories (from fat and carbs) that what you would actually need. this would cause your body to utilize your fat reserves consequently some protein as well. thats why it is important to increase protein intake while the other two are decreased. of course, to increase the utilization of fat, you should exercise, drink supplements such as caffeine + egcg from green tea, l-carnitine and other thermogenic substances. The 3 i mentioned are safe. caffeine would induce the release of adrenaline which will cause your heart rate to increase---&gt;increase oxygen consumption---&gt;increase fat burning and egcg will prevent the triggers of the release of adrenaline from being destroyed so that there is increased adrenaline release and increased fat burning per time.
