Service: average to below average (suffers due to divided attention between service and showmanship) Showmanship: below average (needs more practice) Food: taste is average to above average, presentation is poor Ambiance: average to below average What I would do if I were managing this joint: - dim the lights a bit; be as bright as Pancake House only if all your girls are winners; but with the normal curve at work, dim it a bit - improve the looks of the girls (out with the below-average, in with above-average) - practice the customer rapport and the show and the birthday songs, etc; it should sound line a cheer or chant, not a half-ass effort - better service; how? get average-looking girls that do nothing but serve (who don't participate in the song and dance); service really suffers because the girls are too preoccupied trying to look pretty and sexy and doing the dance numbers - improve the food presentation; some garnishings, vegetable sides, etc. should do the trick (try going to Friday's or Chili's for tips on food presentation) Looks: Normal curve at work; a few winners, a few losers, a lot of average-looking girls.
