How many hours of sleep do you get?

ano ba sched ng work or school mo? sa panahon ngayon paea kasing mahirap na makabuno ng 8 hrs na tulog..

Less than five. Jackol nalang ang pahinga.

^ yan naman ang kanilang brand of service. dapat lang na alam nila lalo't regular customer ka kung saan man na branch yan.

May side effect ba kung hindi straight 8 hours ang tulog? Kunwari 2 hours then gising ka nood ng anime for 1 hour then tulog ulit for 4 hours then gising ka para kumain then tulog ka ulit ng 2 hours.

6-7 hours okay naman for adults. but not if you are stressed.

According to our HMO doctor who held a seminar in the office, it really depends on YOU.

If you wake up energized and alive even after just a few hours then that's the ideal for you. Some people may have more hours but feel sluggish still.

So it all depends on the quality of sleep you're having and what your body is "hiyang".

Usually 7, minsan nakaka 8 ako. Pero da best pa rin ang tulog sa gabi.  :)

tulog na ak 830pm at gising na 4/5am.

pero Friday and weekend medyo late.
