Body weight squats everyday!

Do squats/squat jumps (para leg workout din) :)

And i thought it's only with good genes. lol

sad to say but its primarily genetics.. if its in your genes, you're good. if not, deal with it.

Naalala ko, medyo matambok kasi likod ko and bilugan. Hahaha. Nag-aaral ako tinatapik ng mga kakilala ko. Proud pero nakaka-ilang minsan. Mas halata kapag naka-slacks ako. Pero ngayon siguro lagi ako nakaupo parang di na siya ganun ka-bouncy. Hahaha. Parang nawalan na ng laman.

Yup. Squats involves most of the leg muscles.

When you squat you move your hamstrings, calf muscles

Upon standing you use your thighs and glutes
