All-around sneakers from Bench

I have already been working for 1 year in my company and I just couldn’t believe that time flies so fast. See in our company if it is your first year anniversary with them, they would usually give complimentary Gift Cheques. As for me, I received one from Ayala Malls.

So last Saturday I went to Trinoma to find something to buy with it. And guess what? I bought a rubber shoes from Bench! Check out what I bought, a nice all-around white sneakers.

The shoes are definitely eye-catching. When people see me wearing it they notice it instantly. It is easy to fit with any apparel though I realize it somehow gets dirty easily because its white. It costs 799 Pesos only and I would recommend you guys to get one too!

Correction: Changed rubber shoes to sneakers. Thanks to that reader who noticed my mistake

  • The real classic that will never fade is Converse All Star in canvass particularly the black in Chuck Taylor or John Varvatos series. It’s a “must have”.

  • I asked cause the one in picture looks pretty huge for a Pinoy. I only wear a 7 so buying shoes for me here is like a treasure hunt. Can you feature casual leather shoes and loafers too? Thanks.

  • No apologies Chris. You termed the footwear correctly. It can also be sneakers, tennis shoes, casual shoes, athletic shoes, etc. As a matter of fact calling it “rubber shoes” is more appropriate because the sole is made of rubber as in the case of all that I’ve mentioned. In the States, the term is geographical. If I still remember it, my friends from Boston calls it tennis shoes and in the west coast, it’s sneakers or rubber shoes. Perhaps our dear brother is from the west.

I admire your modesty, civility and demeanor albeit faced with some attitude. Mabuhay ka kapatid!
