When im stressed i eat a lot and really freak out

Take a long shower, watch any feel good movie or comedy shows, write stuff in random notebook pages, tapos matutulog. Kung may available, I usually go out with a friend, beer.

Sarap gawin yan sa park, sa beach, sa gubat, kasama ang kaibigan at kwentuhang buhay. Tama ka dyan bro!


depende sa level ng stress

1. slight stress - eat
2. slight but chronic - eat, sleep
3. moderate - go out, walk, run
4. moderate and chronic - run and then eat and then sleep

Pag kalmadong klase ng stress - music lang ako (usually Clem Leek or any instrumental and post-rock stuff) and try to motivate sabay kain ng ice cream. :D

Pag stress na usually may kasamang pressure sa work - kain ng marami usually ice cream, chips, and then dinadaan sa buhat.

Pag stress na ayaw gumana ng utak mo - lakad-lakad and muni-muni ng mga 30 mins then ice cream ulit.

Same. Nakakarelax. At pagkagising mo, fresh na ulit ang isipan..
