ok naman ideally para kasi guided lahat ng ginagawa mo. i did it when i started to go to the gym, nung ok na ako sa mga routine at mga how-to's ayun tumigil na ako

hmm initially hindi naman kita kilala at yung mga kaya mong gawin. pero as a general workout program, pwede na siguro ito.

cardio mga 15 mins.
weight training ka sabay mo back,abs,legs,biceps
yung ibang araw ang combo mo, chest,triceps,shoulders,pwede rin abs. (meaning isang group mwf, isa naman tths rest na yung sunday assuming araw araw ka.)
usual 3 sets - kaw na bahala kung marami reps or pataas na weight.
rest mga 10 mins
tapos cardio ulet panapos mga 10mins. (mag alternate ka na lang ng rowing, treadmill, glider etc para di ka magsawa)

tapos kung familiar ka mas ok mag supersets lalo na kapag para sa core mo (chest and back)

hindi ito super guaranteed pero basic lang na dapat din customize mo lang sa needs mo.

^ haha hindi kaya. kailangan ko pa magbawas ng timbang. hindi ko gusto magka 6 pack etc. basta toned body lang ok na! :D

wala naman impossible pagdating sa 6-pack abs. determination lang talaga ang kalaban diyan. you need the drive to have a consistent workout routine at DISCIPLINE sa mga kinakain. (shempre in the ideal world yun. madaling sabihin mahirap talaga gawin) pero imagine talaga the benefits kapag may cuts na ang belly mo

no i dont have im planning to have atleast 1 hehehe...

gusto ko yung sa pelvic cuts. astig yun kapag sobrang defined.
