Khit anung gawin kong abs exercise wala tlga. Malaki p din tyan ko 😂😂😂😭😭😭😭



Wala pero sakto lang at ok nako dito flat naman tiyan ko. Basta wag lang masyadung busog..

Meron. haha nawawala na ng konti kasi wala nang time e. :(

Nawala.. Pero binabalik ko ulit.. Kumpleto dati mula 6pack abs hanggang vcut abs.. Sarap kasi kumain after ng break up kay gf..

Wala pero proud ako kahit wala akong abs or 6 pack abs  8)


Meron. Abs are made in the kitchen. Yung exercise only in the end of spectrum. Diet is the key pa rin.

Nong nagpapayat ako dati visible na yong 2 s taas. Hanggang kumain ulit ako. Ahahaa kaya this year try ulit. Haha

Malabo yata ko magkaron dahil:

1. Malakas ako kumain.
2. I rarely do running dahil focused on bulking.
3. I stopped doing ABS workout muna dahil sa lower back injury ko a few months ago..

So yeah... wala! Hahaha

Flab is the new abs!
