i think hanggang 22% ata yung talagang "normal" range.
minsan kasi failure yung pagkuha ng body fat kapag yung tanita gamit mo..
kaya nga, sabi nila kasi yung mga "high-caliber" athletes reached 10% or less body fat.. like si pacquiao daw before a fight, umaabot ng 8% lang.

I'm working to get rid of that 7% body fat..

kasi pansin ko sa iba at sa sarili ko.. na kahit anong increase ng work-out sa abs ang gawin ko parang hindi ako magkaka-"pandesal", parang flat abs ,lang gaya nung nakita ko sa commercial ng isang biscuit.

masasabi ko lang, it is POSSIBLE.

nakakapa q nmn ung sakin.. mejo nakabulge na onte ung 6 pack q... Pero kailangn i-trim ung body fat.. I need to decrease 7% more fat sa ktwan q para 10% n.

may nagpayo sakin.. na increase your ab work-out tas pag napapansin mong nagkakahubog na yung abs mo.. sabayan mo ng diet, sigurado daw lilitaw yun.

ang workout q for abs eh me nakahiga aq tpos me hawak ng 20 lbs plate tpos i-pupush mo xa towards the ceiling pero use your abs to lift yourself. 25 reps/3 sets. mapapa "aahh.." ka sa hirap..

tpos partial bicycle sit ups. tig 25 reps sa left at right crunch / 3sets

tpos kung me powers pa c abs eh nagweweighted sit up sa lateral pull machine something. bale 100 lbs ung nilalagay q. tpos 12 reps/3 sets.

I was then reminded of a little girl I saw around my area.. the little girl has a God damn abs! and she doesn't work out.. she's just a little girl running around the area.., probably.. somewhat close to a prep pupil.

a lot of people in our area don't have any work.. and they just make tambay sa labas. usually wearing only their boxer shorts.. and they have those 6-packs.. some are maugat and some even have 8-packs for those long-torsoed men and teens.

nung school days at active pa ko sa mga dance competitions meron ang abs. ngayon, flat lng ang tiyan ko pero wala na akong abs... ;D

hahaha six pack abs are scary. :P i know a few people who think this way. parang ang trick lang talaga na magka six pack is to decrease your %body fat. kaya nga mga payat na hindi nag gygym, madali nagkaka six-pack.

i'd suggest core exercises more than abs workout.

wala.. tsaka wala sa plano ko ang magkaroon. ok lang sa akin ang flat na tyan. yan lang naman ang isa sa reason ko kung bakit ako nagygym. :)
