hmmm it really feels like oscar season is near

guess who's back from the grave? a re imagining of William Shakespeare's "The Tempest"  has been made into a movie. I called it a re imagining because the protagonist Prospero is a Prospera in this film. Played by none other than "The Queen" herself, (deym) Helen Miren.

How will a female Prospera affect the story? I want to find out! Hope this storm gets to our local cinema by next year...

of course, one of the most anticipated movies of the year is captain americaa and thor... but hey! have you heard? another x-men movie will be on the movies house this year.

another "prequel" to the movie version, X-men: First class will feature the story of young Charles Xavier and and Erik Lehnsherr, aka Magneto.

So you might be thinking that the X-men franchise is following the footsteps of the Resident Evil franchise wherein your mileage may vary, but maybe you're wrong. Kick-Ass head honcho Matthew Vaughn will be directing this one. So there may be hope. And wouldn't it be a breath of fresh air for X-men fans to watch a movie NOT revolving around Wolverine?
