Out of topic question:

Ok lang na ung iworkout muna ung upperbody mo, then kapag medyo firm na eh tsaka mo pa lang iworkout ung lower body.




Hmm, I think ok lng.. Pero bka magkarisk ka na magmukang Jhonny Bravo. at bka maturn down ka because of that. Pero I recomend doing at least one session for the legs per week.




Kung magpapalaki ka eh taasan lagi ang protein. Aim for red meats (pork, beef) kase masmadame itong protein kesa sa mga white means like fish and chicken. Plus me Glutamine ang red meat. You can make your fat intake low and moderate for carbohydrates. Eat every 2-3 hours a day. Always include 1 cheat day where in you can eat whatever you want including junk food.

ang sabi naman ng PT ko is sinisingit nya daw ung Legs once in a blue moon...hehe

sa tanda ko kasi sa 3 months ko na pagworkout eh parang thrice pa lang kami nag leg workout.


Dpat at least once a week ang legs mo.. Pwede mo n lng i-suggest un sa knya.. Remember, kalahati ng katawan mo is legs.

or bka nmn develop n ang legs mo?

ndi din.... payat ang legs ko. siguro naisip ng PT ko na baka maworkout na din un sa threadmill...haha

but u need lean mass.. hinde kya un ng threadmill lng.. u need weights.

joke lang naman un... :D
siguro by next year, iwowork out ko na din ung legs ko.

Question:

Dumating na ba sa point na tinamad na ikaw magworkout?

Oo.. Pero I just look at the mirror or some of my half naked pics and tell myself.. "I need to be better!"

Pero.. kaht n prang tinatamad aq eh nagbubuhat pa dn aq.. Yun nga lng eh tumatagal ung mga pagpapahinga q.. I also flex my muscles pra mkta q ung pinaghirapan q so that gives me the inspiration to work out pa.

anu ang possible reason kung bakit ka tinatamad na magwork out?

Yung prang nagiging routine na ung gngwa mo.. Well, it really is a routine. Pero there are times tlga n nkakatamad specially pag konti ang tao sa gym. Prang walang buhay. I like seeing a lot of people pag asa gym. I also like it to have a friend to work-out with me (Although this happens only 10% of the time). Tsaka ung pamamaga ng mga muscles.. I like having my muscles filled with blood kase mas lumalalki clang tignan plus gumaganda ang curves.

I also hate the part na minsn nagmumuni-muni aq.. Ka bad 3p, pampasira ng concentration.

Sa case ko naman is mas prefer ko na konti ang tao sa gym. :)

Sa akin naman, tinatamad ako kasi halos 1 week akong hindi nakapagworkout. kahit ung situps na ginagawa ko every morning is hindi ko nagagawa.
