ndi pa ako sanay dyan.
kasi ndi ko magawa ung 3 set. palagin 1 set. every morning ko kasi ginagawa yan bago ako pumasok sa work.




sipag!! Aq.. bale share q ung isang weight sit up q..

Bale hihiga aq sa sahig. Tpos me hawak aqng weight plate sa harap q at mistulang itutulak q ung weight plate sa kisame at tataas ang upper body q while nakatupe ang legs q for stability.

mukhang pinagwa na ata sa akin ng PT ko eto. Ang kaibahan nga lang is ung weight ay nasa dibdib ko lang.

Ahh.. cguro bka variations lng un. You can lift ung weight or u can just have it in your chest lng.

Baka nga.. Can you share some abs workout or exercise.

@Kilo - so meaning okay pa ding kumain ng fruits kahit na may goal ka ng visible abs or ung flat na tummy lang?

^^ na-nosebleed nmn aq nun.. Hehehe...

Basta ung kaalaman q bout this is on a body builder's/ figure athlete's perspective. Yun lang.. Using this approach, I see results in me and a lot of people notice it as well. So its within your discretion if u will follow me or not.

Tsaka do the HIIT to burn those fats!

Basta cguro ang thought would be.. "Too much is bad." Hehehe..

Hmm.. pero ang abs is better with big chest and arms/legs ah.. Panget pag abs lng meron ka.. Parang tambay ang dating mo nun..

dpat proportional
abs only = tambay
big upper body only = Johnny Bravo
big lower body only = T-Rex
Proportionally big body = A sight of beauty

Kahpon sinukat aq ng isang PT.. Nung tinignan nya sa chart eh lagpas naq sa frame. And since magkakalapit ang values sa chart eh considered xa na proportional.. Pero I need to improve my biceps..

Dpat 1:3 ang ratio ng leg sa arm mo ah.

Ganun pala un.. so dapat ndi ka focus sa isang body part lang?

Paano mo ba masusukat un?

* Magpasukat ka sa mga PT. They use medida tpos merong silang chart n nkabase sa height. Libre nmn to at walang bayad sa gym.

* Mirror. Take a look at yourself. Kung makikita mo na mukang ok ka naman eh good. Pero kung me napapansin kang funny in your physique eh kailangan mong i-address kgad un. Halimbawa.. sa deltoid area.. ito ung part na laging ininjectionan pag asa ospital ka.. Meron itong three heads of muscle.. Dapat proportional sila sa isa-t-isa tignan..
Yung mga laging nagbebench press lang eh sobrang laki ng kanilang mga anterior deltoid.. tpos maliit n ung gitna at sa likod na deltoid. So hinde n kagad un proportion. Dpat winoworkout mo din ang medial at posterior deltoid. Pra maging mala-bowling ball ang deltoid.

Di ba funny tignan ung manong na malaki at mamasel ang mga braso at makapal ang upper body pero it just end up na meron xang sobrang payat, mala-girly na binte. worse eh smooth at wala png buhok. Pra 2loy gusto mo xang akayin dahil bka d kyanin ng underdevelop n legs ang overdevelop n upper body.

so it means na mas maganda ka na may nakakasabay ka sa gym na matutulungan ka na madevelop ung every part ng katawan mo.

Well, u can always have a personal trainer (PT) pero you'll have to spend for it.

Or u can befriend someone in there and sabay kyong mgwork out. So there's someone to spot you.

I choose the second option. Libre namn eh. Sakn, eh I got a 6-footer friend to help me with my lifts. Just be friendly.

Kase kung ikaw lng eh it take shear dicipline pra lagi kang pump up to lift those heavy weights..

Trivia: Did you know n ung mga male models eh mabibigat magbuhat yung mga un! Pero since natural nmn cla eh d ganung kamonstrous ang paglaki ng muscle nila. I bet prang ganun ung goal mo.

hahaha.. natawa ako.. kasi 3 months na akong nagygym sa FF pero ang kakilala ko lang dun is ung PT ko..

Maxado ngang magastos magPT pero ang good thing lang dun is may magaassist sayo.

Siguro kelangan ko ng maging friendly. Medyo snob kasi ako eh.hehe
