Sa FF nag-ggym cna Jude at Mossimo ng PGG. You can count on them.

How much ba byad mo sa PT sa FF?




depende sa sessions.

ung last ko is 18 30mins sessions, nasa 9K.
ung 17 1hr sessions nasa 14K ata.

ndi ko pa sila nakakausap dito sa PGG. Kaw at si Mang Juan palang ang nakakausap ko dito. :)

Well mejo busy c Jude as of now doing a lot of office jobs. c mossimo nmn eh bumibisita every now and then..

workout your weakest muscle first and your strongest muscle last.
start with compound then work your way to isolated.

ndi ko na din lam kung anu ang weakest muscle ko sa ngaun.. hehe. ask ko nga PT ko dyan.

By the way, eto ba effective:
After kumain eh tatayo para ndi lumaki ang tyan.

Kumain lng ng sapat para hinde lumake ang tiyan.. Tataba ka lang kung kakain ka ng above maintenance ng katwan mo. Kung baga me excess calories. This will be stored as energy.. aka body fat. However, kung nagwoworkout ka eh this will be used to increase your muscle mass with a little bit of fat.

Ang weakest muscle mo eh ung "maliit" na muscle.. Yung muscle na hinde kayang magbuhat ng mabigat. Aq eh biceps ang weakest q. Kase hirap aqng magbuhat ng mga mabibigat for biceps. Look at yourself in the mirror habang kumakanta ng "man in the mirror". Alamin mo ung mga part ng katawan mo na mukang naleleft out in compare sa other developed muscles mo.

walang mirror na pede akong tignan sa bahay namin eh.
Pero sabi ng PT ko, abs na lang daw ang weak muscle ko.

Pero sa tingin ko is ung muscle sa arm ko, ndi ko sure kung bicep or tricep.. :)

It is the workout that hate to do the most and the least likely you do.
Your strongest is the one that you feel the most comfortable doing.

For example: If you find yourself reaching out for the bench press and less on the legs, then you should start with the legs.

What if lahat eh ndi ako comfortable gawin. does it mean eh weak pa talaga ang muscle ko?
hirap pa din kasi ako sa breathing.

dun ako sa maling technique ng breathing. :)
ndi kasi sanay na magbuhat ng weights kahit ung light weights.
Pero lately medyo natututo na ako ng proper breathing. Big thanks to youtube.com... hehehe ;)

Ang pinapabuhat na sa akin ng PT ko ay nagstart na sa 40kgs. den add ng 5kgs per set.

40 kgs or lbs? I bet lbs. Masyadong mabigat ang 80+ lbs / 40 kgs sa yo. Lbs ang gngmit pag sa dumbells.. KGs ang gngamit pag weight plates. Kung bkt ganun, dq alam. Hehehe..

I advice do some compound exercise. Pra tamaan ang mdaming muscles.

ay oo nga lbs pala un.. paxenxa na... hehe...
what do you mean by compound exercise?

Compound exercises ==> ung gumagamit ng more than 1 muscle group to execute a movement

This includes deadlifts, squats, bench presses.

yun pala un...halatang walang alam sa mga workout terminologies.
hindi ko nga din lam ung mga machine na pinapagamit sa akin eh.hehe

ganito lng yan.. pasimple k lng n manood ng ibang taong gumagamit nun para pagktpos nya eh alam mo ng gamitin ung mga smith machines. sobrang iba-iba un eh. kahit aq eh d familiar sa mga latest machines nila.

nakakahiya kasing manood minsan. baka sabihin nila eh interesado ako sa kanila... :P
