I want to have visible abs

sa ngayon kasi is medyo takot pa ako na magbuhat ng walang assistance. Although lam ko naman na kung gaano kabigat ang kaya kong buhatin.

Pero in the mean time eh dapt malagpasan mo ung barrier na un. Na makaya mong magbuhat on your own without assistance..Pero I think, dapt mejo light lng ung weights pra mafamiliarize mo sarile mo sa gnung position..

Ung PT lang na napunta sa akin ung mabait. hehe..
Ung iba kasi is puro turo lang.

Nitong nakakaraan kasi is medyo mabibigat na ung pinapabuhat sa akin. Pero like what I have said, lam ko na kung hanggang saan yung kaya kong buhatin kaya siguro magagawa ko na by next year ung walang PT. ang kelangan ko na lang siguro is ung program na magiging guide ko.. :)

Aq eh nakuha q lng ung program sa mga PT sa kampani ni marfz. Tpos sinaulo q lng xa. Or u can ask a friend sa FF jan kung anung pwede nilang maitulong sa yo.

Pede naman siguro akong manghingi ng program dun sa PT ko.Medyo mabait naman un eh. Ask na lang siguro ako.



Prang ang pagpapalaki ng katawan ay pwedeng ikumpara sa pagpapagawa ng isang bahay..

protein = raw materials ng bahay like hallow blocks, semento, etc.
gym workout = mga tauhan na gagawa ng bahay..

Pag konti ang protein intake mo eh kht gano kapa kalakas mag-gym eh d lalaki ang katawan mo kase d mo nmn binibgyn ng sapat ng protein ang ktwan mo para gumawa ng muscles.

Pag konti nmn ang workout mo eh walang pag-gagamitan ang protein na kinain mo. Macoconvert lang xa sa taba...

Kya dapt madame ng parehas. Parang me karpintero na merong enough materials to build a house.

Will have an abs work out later. Will do some threadmill tapos 200 calories daw ang kelangang iburn,sabi ng PT ko.

Then after that is situps,leg raise and side crunch.

OK sana to kung sasamahan ng diet ano..
haist!!!!hirap magadjust. ndi ko kaya ang ndi kumain ng maraming rice sa gabi.

yup dude. rice/bread/pasta/ or any form of carb-rich food is very sinful at night where in you're less active.. Thus, the punishment you'll receive is body fat build up.

Can't avoid to eat those food. Lalo na at puro bread ang pagkain sa bahay kapag gabi na.

yesterday, i had a new gym friend.. Since I felt bored training alone.. I befriend him when he asked me to share the exercises I'm at.. Bago lng xa sa gym and I corrected some of his moves.. (Prang PT na nga q eh. Hahaha!!) Then after the day, when he took off the shirt. I saw those abs paired with other muscles. I bet his physique can surpass mine when he trained for some more. Haha!

So I therefore conclude that genes have significant something to do with abs visibility particularly. Somewhat like 50% advantage. If you got no visible abs then you need to work harder than those gene gifted. It is simply that he has faster metabolism plus higher amount of testosterone in his body.

we'll you need to resist the temptation. unfair kc ung mga "gifted" can eat that. well that is the reality. Haha!

^^ Pero dont chat like all the time ah. Be friendly pra someone can spot or teach you a thing or two. Tsaka to kill boredom.

just want to have some friends inside the gym. na pedeng makatulong sa akin kapag magisa na akong magwoworkout. tulad mamaya.
