Oats - may nagagawa ba?

Lagi kong naririnig na effective daw ang oats either oatmeal or oat cookies pero effective ba to?

wala lang, kita ko lang kasi sa fruit magic ngayon yung oatmeal cookie nila hehe




may fiber kasi.. it flushes away toxins and helps regulate your bowel movements... wag lang daw yung instant oats.. dapat yung quick-cook oatmeal.. pag instant daw kasi di na kasing natural at healthy unlike the quick-cook oats.

yep! its mainly fiber. "winawalis" niya yung tiyan at bituka mo so all toxins get out of your system.
just make sure to drink lots of liquids when eating oats - they tend to constipate you.

effective in cleansing and somehow, nakakapayat.

nakakabawas ng timbang in a sense na inaabsorb niya yung unhealthy fats and oils... masarap ang oats pag may gatas at sliced bananas.. ;D

kung hanap mo oats, mag granola bar ka na lang. yung oatmeal cookie kasi cookie dough pa rin yun with oatmeal as toppings (kumbaga chocolate chip cookie) at least yun, puro oats talaga.



Quaker oats.. mas mainam ang quick cook oats compared to instant... mas healthy yung niluluto talaga.. may dagdag na preservatives na kasi yung instant eh..

may nagagawa sya. nakaka busog. ;D

according to my doctor friend, pag inaraw araw ang oats, my bad effect sa kidneys. anything taken in exess is masama.

kidneys?  wow. buti na lang hindi araw araw ako.

oats daw is high in uric acid which may cause kidney stones.

lam ko oats magandang gawing facial mask
ngaabsorb ng oil sa skin.. may exfoliating effects din siya
siyempre high fiber din ang oats
kaya healthy pero syempre
lahat dpat in moderate amounts lang..
kagaya rin ng mga vitamins..
may certain amount na toxic na sa katawan aun
sarap ng oats with milo and ice cream  :P

nakakatulong sa pagjebs... high in fiber kasi.. :D

hindi ba baliktad? kasi nakakalinis ng intestines at ng tiyan kasi "nawawalis" lahat but the porblem is buo-buo na, hence constipation.

kaya dapat kakambal niya ang maraming water. :)

hindi ako kumakain ng oat kasi para sakin walang lasa...

unless is baked cookies na oat ang ginamit...
