Segway lang...
How do you react or answer if your guy friend told you that he likes you? Guys hindi lang siya basta friend, as in closed friend? Then he confessed that he likes you? As in more than just liking you ah. Then ayun nga nag-confess ng feelings since the first time you met.

Explain to Him in a nice way that di kayu talo...ung di sya maoofend...

many times in my life na madami ding mga guy friends ang nagconfess sa akin. Pero I don't slam the door at their faces by directly saying No. I just let it slide then go back to being friends. The down part is I don't directly give the solution to the problem itself, Eventually, marerealized din nila ang gusto kong iparating then lay low lang sila. We can still be friends pa din nman.

I've had experiences like this... Meron pang to the point na even without my consent pinush niya ang "panliligaw", that lasted for 7 months and ngayon we're strangers to each other... May ginawa kasi siyang sobrang out of my comfort zone, it pushed me to be vocal to him and we avoided each other ever since. The problem with me is that hindi kasi ako nagsasalita when it comes to that. Nasanay akong ma turn down ng mga babaeng niligawan ko whemn I was in high school, and I don't want to do the same with them, kaso ayaw ko talaga. So I guess silence wasn't the right thing... I think na you need to be vocal about it, and tell him in a non-awkward moment way. Para comfortable siya mag open up and you'll remain friends.

wahaha. anghirap nun. Hahaha, what's funny is Kuya ang tawag nya sa akin. I love my friends, and I love this person, it just so happened na one of my closest and special friend pa ang nagsabi sa akin. Sanay ako na nakaka-receive ng ganung messages or nakaka-experience ng mga paghanga sa mga not so closed friends, stalkers or strangers, and even friend of a friend.  Guys, di ko ito sinasabi dito to brag of what happened, hindi ko alam pero kasi sumasagi sa isip ko yung nangyari and pinag-usapan namin. Yeah, it flatters me everytime na may nalalaman akong may humahanga sa akin, both genders.  Pero ito, iba kasi. di ko alam.

Bromance - A bromance is a close but non-sexual relationship between two (or more) men, a form of homosocial intimacy.

May best friend ako na lagi kong kasama, as in para na kaming kambal kasi halos all the time magkasama kami, para ko na talaga siyang kapatid. We hug each other to show our (brotherly) love sa isa't isa. We hug each other din kapag natutulog and we say 'I love you' sa isa't isa (parang yung sa "Superbad"), kita pa nga ng iba kong flatmates na magka-hug kami sa pagtulog eh.

Having a bromance with your best friend is one of a kind experience [for me], lalo na't wala akong lalaking kapatid, kaya kapatid na yung trato ko sa best friend ko. Giving and receiving a hug really makes me feel good, and it always cheers me up.

As for my best friend and I, we're strongly assured of our gender and we're not missing the greatness of having a bromance. (Read 1 Samuel 18-20) ------> I strongly admire David and Jonathan's friendship, absolute brotherly love without any trace of malice.  :D

so true! wish i can have one too... ang culture lang kasi natin ay sobrang into machismo and stereotyping na anything that may resemble "softnes" e.g. love, affection, care, concern, is deemed "feminine" and not fit for a guy. hence any guy displaying these are branded as "gays"

however, remember that we are humans, product of our father and mother, who have masculine and feminine sides that are innate to us. all of us need to be loved, cared for and accepted, especially by our brothers.

marahil kaya di ito maunawaan ng ibang guys kasi di nila naranasan na walang kapatid na lalaki, kaibigan, kabarkadang lalaki na super close talaga, as to my case and that of others who seek "bromance"
