it depends kung anong event. if ok lang na dress-down, then swak na yung chucks.
kung medyo formal event tapos sabi smart casual, then mas ok kung yung leather or at least limited to brown or black shoes na hindi naman rugged ang dating.

kung tinutukoy mo dress shirt, then it must be an event that demands, business attire. mas safe na kung leather shoes at make sure kung naka tuck yung shirt mo, terno yung shoes mo sa belt mo.

marami. pwede sneakers, slip-ons, alam mo yung parang bowling shoes yung tawag nila... pwede rin yung sneaks na parang nike cortez or dunks or AF1.

tiger --> onitsuka? YES!
yun talaga ok!

kung polo shirt aka pique shirt tulad ng polo, fred perry, lacoste... chucks, purcells and any type of plimsolls ang bagay pati the chunkier ones like vans and sperry.

kung dress shirt as formal long sleeves shirt, i'd go with slimmer pants and high fashion sneakers from raf simon, lanvin, common projects and rick owens. some guys liked dior homme, gucci, YSL and prada imo seems old stuff and tacky monograms lalo na gucci. though ang best bang for the buck that would even work with a business suit is a black adidas samba.
