the company that your in now is GENEROUS...

"WORK HARD BUT PARTY HARDER"

I know right... I'm doing that right now.... hehehe ^_^

Yes I am! A nocturnal being since I started working graveyard shift!  :D

::) I work at night in a building where across the street  are bars that caters to every gender. There's Amihan. There's Mankind. There's a Korean one the sign of which I could not understand.

callboy din ako. ayus ang term ah. but i plan to resign in a month's time.

how much ang compensation for a callboy without any experience?
take for example i apply right now, how much do i get?

usually basic pay starts at 13-15K without night differential, allowance...

naisip mo ba na in the long term, Pinas ang mag suffer for offering BPO services?

No, cause Im looking at things positively and hopefully it will lead to that way

for me ok lng un kasi pinoprotektahan lng ng company ang interest nila kc they are investing on people, they are training them with skills tpos ung mga nursing grad after sometime or after pumasa sa board, aalis na sila

so ang ending company will need to hire again new people and syang ung time and effort na nilagay nila sa mga tao

tama, business is business.

investment din naman ang tingin nila sa pag-hire ng mga tao. kung malulugi or ma short changed sila sa pag hire sa iyo, then why care to invest?

to avoid any discrimination issues, lalagay lang nila "preferred"
