madali lang. basta gusto mo ba talaga magagawa mo. follow lang the instructions listed in the recipe. kailangan lang di maoverbeat yung mixture para di magcrack yung cake. pero nung first time ko gawin, palpak lalo na wala naman akong training jan.   lol. pero that's part ng learning process. trial and error madalas. ngayon maipagmamalaki ko na gawa ko. haha.

Assistant lang nya kasi ako. Taga-beat ng egg and stuff. But she won't let me operate the oven.hahaha Seryoso, pinagbawalan na din ako maginit ng ulam dahil nakakalimutan ko madalas.hehe Ako din ang food critic nya. When I say, "okay lang" it means something's wrong. Gagawa na sya ng excuse kung bakit ganun ang lasa.hahaha

Madami kasing marunong magluto sa bahay, pero si mama lang ang mahilig mag bake.hehe

Yan din ang sinabi ko dati eh. "Pag ako nagkawork, bibili ako ng Waffle Maker, yung square." Hanggang ngayon di ko pa nagagawa.lol

Ganto kasi yan, isang beses ka lang naman nila makikita, ba't mo pa iisipin ang iniisip ng iba?hehe It's all about Confidence, man! Sweet Bella, nasa FTC sya, BGC din. Lapit lang sa work ko.hehe May mga vouchers sya dati sa Ensogo eh, kaso nahihiya akong magbayad gamit ang vouchers kaya di ko masubukan.hahaha

I just saw Medchefs' site, looks good!haha Ang dami ko palang hindi alam na shops.lol

Nope. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of shops way better than Bizu.hehe I'm just saying if it will make you feel better, then give it a go. Oooh, if Karen's Ganache made you feel "umay", wait till you try Chocolat's Death by Tablea.hahaha
