How many hours of sleep do you get?

would love to bring back the body clock to normal levels. 7-8 hours of sleep and sleeping at the right time.

masaya na ako pag nakaka 5-6 hours continuous sleep ako which rarely happen.
nakakatulog lang ako ng 5-6 hours straight or even more if i don't sleep for 1-2 days straight.   :(
ngayon, kuntento na ako to get 5-6 commulative hours of sleep.   :(


recently nag-adjust na naman ako. sleep at around 12 wakes up around 7 but gets up at 8-ish. so i get around 7 hours na, happy na rin.

15 hours kapag weekend, 5 hours kapag weekdays. wehe

15 hours?? no offense siguro medyo chubby ka.

ako? would like to get back to 8 hours of sleep

..my probs ako sa tulog..pina ka-mahaba na 6 hours..
after non..hrap na ako matulog.

i really need at least 6 hours... if less than 6 hours, for sure patapon ako during the day!
Pero during travels or tours, parang ang sarap hindi matulog. cguro excited lang ako during those times  ;)

Ako madalas 4-6 hours pag weekdays. Pag weekends, about ng 10 hours haha

max of 8? pero madalas 2 hrs lang bawi na lang sa off kung meron =))

knna almost 3 hours lng tulog ko..
sira con-air sa room..sobrang init,


sa work ko ngayon, parang "....never sleeps" :p hahahahha

san ka ba work...

ako nung bago sa present work ko.. halos wala din tulog... pero ngayon, i can get 6-8 hrs of sleep.. :)

ok lang walang tulog, basta tiba-tiba. hahaha.

i dont get enough sleep due to work.
