I wanna get physical

Hi guys so , na-isipan ko na pumunta sa fitness gym kasi gsto ko mag drop ng weight dahil gsto ko din maging healthy pero di naman daw ako mataba sakto lang ung katawan ko , problema ko lang ung tiyan ko medyo kalakahin pati sa gilid ng tiyan ko. 17 yrs old po ako , standing 5ft7-5ft8, weight 75 kilo. So sana may mga tips po kayo? Gusto ko tlga mawala ung taba sa tiyan ko lalu sa buong katawan ko? And syempre diet na din , hope you can help thanks!

In my opinion, cardio lang yan. Ginagawa ko 30sec fast jog speed tpos 30sec sprint, inuulit ko hanggang maka-10 na sprint ako then cool down na. Nakita ko kasi sa net na maseffective daw ung ganyan kaysa sa magjojog ka ng 15-20mins

Its the high intensity interval training. I've seen a study on that but the population they used are athletes. I think for beginners, dapat makuha nila yung pace and system before starting them on advanced workouts. Kasi kung napuwesahan, mawawalan ng gana.

TAMA ito!! Plus mahilig mag-complain ang mga newbies sa kanilang mga trainers.. So dapat magsimula muna sa sobrang dali.. else, mag-ququit ang newbie at iinom nalang ng starbucks chocolate frappe na benti size.
