5'7" huhu..i wished i was a bit taller..kahit man lang sana 5'9" haays.

Should be the same. Hinde na tumatangkad na tao once naging closed off na yung bone mo. (i don't want to use a technical term...)

What's closed off? Na nosebleed pa rin ako dun kahit di technical ha ha ha... Please explain. Mahilig pa naman ako uminom  ng gatas, some people notice that I grew a few inches more since college, though (but I think it's just the heels of my shoes now)

in english, its just that the bone has reached the point where it "stops" growing determining the size of your body.

does height become an indication of anything?

It means the bone cells which determine the height of the person are already dead  and invaded with bone marrow.

Sa CSI they can approximate your age (until the age of 20) by looking at your bone xray.

hahaha  ;D

i'm just 5'6 @ age 19... can I still get any taller? i tried cheriffer for 3 months, still no luck. what can you recommend?
