Ano po bang effective na Gluta Pills? May mga nabasa akong reviews regarding Ishigaki Glutathione. Effective daw. Cheap pa. 700pesos for 60caps na 1000mg. Ano pong marerecommend nyo? Ilang months bago magtake yung effect?  :D

IIRC, bumabalik ka sa dati mong kulay pag di mo itinuloy yung supplements. At saka smoking daw interferes with the process.

Hinde madali maabsorb sa body via pills ang glutathione so worthless siya orally.
As with all medications, side effects would include nausea, vomiting, headaches, dizziness, rashes, allergic reaction due to possible interaction with other components of the pill.

Agree. There has been a lot of studies written about gluta pills essentially pointing out that whatever dosage you take, only a very small portion of that is actually absorbed (ex., a 500 mg pill doesn't mean you get that same amount). Mas effective pa mag gluta IV na lang (yung ini-inject) as that would have a higher absorption rate. Better yet, exercise regularly. Our body naturally produces glutathione and regular exercise helps promote more production of glutathione.
