I want change. PLEASE HELP ME. PLEASEE READ :(

I'm a guy, 20 years old. PT student. Chubby(Around 200lbs weight), Moreno, simple. I want to change my lifesyle na. Can somEbody please help me? :( Ito reasons ko kng bakit gsto o na tallaga magbago;

1. Syempre, for my health. Baka matigok ako ng maaga neto. Nagiisang anak pa man din ako.

2. Tumatanda na ako, sympre naiisip ko rin yung may makaksama ako in the near future. (HALATA NA BANG NGSB ako?) Kaso, yung itsura ko lang talaga panira. Karamihan asi ngayon panlabas na tinitignan diba? Pero anyway, labas na sa topic yun. Hehe.

3.Iba kasi pag maputi ka, madamng babagayan na damit sayo. Diba?

4. Speaking of damt, simple lang kasi ako. Tshirt lang. Ganun.


So hear are my questions:

1.Ano bang meal plan/exercise ang mapapayo nyo saken? Syempre, sa laki kong to di naman lahat maakayanan ko agad.. tska as for me na busy dahil sa pagaaral, medical course ang kinukuha, wala akong time mag-GYM, siguro sa bakasyon.. pero pag may pasok wala talaga..

2.May mga supplements ba na makakapagpadali ng pagpayat ko?


3. Paano kaya ako puputi? Nagresearch ako sa net about Ishigaki Glutathione, mura lang sya. Madaming positve reviews..

4. Paano ao gagwapo? Hahaha. :(


Sana may mga sumagot po, hindi yung puro views lang. :(

Bro, as to the REASONS you cited for wanting change, the first one is the most acceptable. Focus on that and the rest will follow.

Background: I'm 34 y.o. I used to weigh around 200lbs. and I stand just under 5'4". Talk about being obese.  I now weigh around 150lbs.  Still overweight by normal standards but hey, 150lbs. is still better than 200lbs.  I'm still on the road of weight loss. Target is 130lbs.  Last 20lbs. are a bitch! Time to reach goal: as long as it takes.

Major changes I made were focused on diet.  I gradually eliminated rice - start with either cutting down on portions OR change the white rice to brown rice. From there I continued with rice portion reduction. Now I can survive a meal without rice. I also increased my vegetable and fiber intake.  I try to select leaner cuts of meat.  I still prefer red meat over white meat.  I just changed the preparation method.  Grilled over fried...

Supplement use: I used supercuts from healthy options.  It helped a little, but it's expensive and one side effect I noticed, my sweat and my piss smelled funky. 

Losing weight too fast may give you stretch marks and/or loose skin.  GRADUAL is the operative word here.

Time: Wala naman talagang oras para sa lahat ng mga kailangan nating gawin sa buhay.  Tayo ang gagawa ng oras.  Application sa gym routine ko: circuits.  I try to do as much as I can in 1 hour so tuloy-tuloy.  Minimum rest. Kung baguhan ka pa lang, consult with your physician and coordinate with your trainer.  PT ka so may alam ka sa ganyang mga bagay.  Gamitin ang katalinuhan.

I tore my ACL January 2012, recontstructive knee surgery Feb 2012. Rehab for 5 1/2 months. Now I'm on the court again playing very close to the level I used to play. 

Kung gusto, may paraan. Huwag na magdahilan.

Age is not a major issue for us guys.  I have a friend and her boss of fifty+ has a 3 y.o. daughter. 

Pagdating naman sa itsura, work with what you have and rock it!  Bro, ako nakakalbo na. Solution: semikal!  Malabo ang mata kakabasa ng textbooks at sa kakatitig sa ngipin: contacts or magandang frames para sa eyeglasses.

Skintone: Some people say that a darker skin tone is actually more favorable especially with bright colors. But if you really want to have lighter skin then do your research before actually using products.  Expensive is not always better but cheap is always riskier.  While waiting for the products to have an effect, smooth clean skin, clean teeth and fresh breath, clean nails go a LONG way.  Also, don't go overboard with the whitening... baka dahil sa whiteness ng skin mo, mapagkamalan kang bampira/multo...

Sa damit: Fit of the clothes trumps brand of the clothes. I repeat: CLOTHES.  This does not apply to footwear.  Start with simple pieces that FIT PROPERLY.  May topics dito sa forums regarding style.  Magbasa. Hanap ka rin ng articles like "basic wardrobe for men" or "the (insert number) items every man should have in his closet".  From there, find your style and go with it.

All of us want to improve ourselves and that is totally acceptable.  Kagwapuhan is a state of mind.  Work on your strengths and you will attract the right kind of woman.  If all you want is to get laid on a regular basis, then it's going to be a different ball game.

5 pounds na lang target mo, hinde sila strict sa 130 pounds

Sa 145 pounds, normal BMI ka na computed at 24.8 = normal
Besides, risk factor lang naman yung obesity, to coronary artery disease. You can still be overweight and be considered healthy.

Computation of BMI = weight in pounds * 703 / (Height in inches)^2

Sabi ng mga girl friends ko, ayaw nila ng masyadong maputi kasi mukhang bading at mas malinis pa tingnan sa kanila!haha
Sabi din nila, mas importante sa kanila ang mabait at may sense kausap. Sa umpisa lang daw ang kilig sa mga gwapo, pero pag walang laman ang utak at puro yabang lang, turn off yun.
Eto ay sabi lang nila. Ewan ko sa mga sabi ng mga girl friends niyo.  ;)

Cushion lang  :)  Foodie kasi. Pero tama ka. Naisip ko nga na baka pag naabot ko yung 130lbs,  'di lang ACL tear ang abutin ko.

1.) Wala kang time mag workout? Kung gusto, may paraan. Kung ayaw, may dahilan. Kung maganda ang kinakatawan, nakaka attract ng chicks!  ;D

2.) Hindi maganda ang weight loss supplements. Maybe effective, kaso ano naman kaya ang side-effects?

3.) Iwas lang sa araw kung kaya. Mag sunscreen. Kahit kelan hindi maganda ang mga gamot baka may side effects yan. Mas ok sa lalaki ang moreno, para masculine ang dating, hindi tulad ng iba dyan, parang bading.

4.) Paano maging pogi? Ano ba ang qualities ng isang pogi? Una, may self-confidence, pangalawa, mahalin ang sarili, at pangatlo respeto sa sarili. Umpisahan mo kayang mag workout, then kumain ng tama at magkaroon ng positive outlook sa buhay.

since 2013 at uso ang resolution. Better wag ka maniwala sa try at the beginning, tapos mag fe-fail din for few days. Isulat mo yung GOALS mo. then think of how u can handle/afford/do those things. I've done this and im receiving results somehow.
