what would be the diet? atkins pa rin ba?

less carbo..high in protein...

or

pwede rin BLENDERIZE FEEDING KA.....soft diet.....

:o

effective cya for dieting..... ;D

haha blendered food. interesting! :D

blendered? ang hirap non.. haha! mahirap sya imaintain...

I don't believe in diet fads. Kasi sooner or later you will gain all the weight you've lost.

no rice
protein foods lang!

because hindi makakagalaw?
opt also for fruits and vegs..

in general, anything in excess is bad.

yep, kidney damage most prolly..

beef,chicken,
tuna,rice,eat six tyms a day..

try mu din ito

Peanuts = Protein Source
Banana = Potassium
Avocado = Potassium, Vit B, E & K
Any Berry Fruits (e.g. Straberry, Blue Berry, Grapes) = Very rich in antioxidants

Wheat Bread & Oat Meal, = High in fiber and good source of Carbs
Fish (Salmon, Tuna ) = Protein and Omega3 (Good for the Heart)
Beef = Protein and Iron

effective yan pero sympre discipline dba

fruits and veggies talaga. dabest.

kaso di ko kaya eh. LOL sarap lumamon eh

......breakfast usually tuna sandwich, banana and orange juice lang
......lunch usually beef/chicken and rice
......dinner sandwich lang din

kaso ganun pa din weight ko hinde nagbago mas madalas pa nga sumasakit ulo ko sa hapon after work and I feel weak.....
