thanks for the advice kaso wala talaga akong oras.

which is better? exercise before meal or after meal?

sa akin lang, before.. atsaka mas gutom ang feeling mo kapag after, tendency mas mahirap mag control.

speaking of before, nakaka appendicitis ba to?

gnun talaga. ampayat ko kaya dati sobra nag gym ako. 8 mos lang kita na result. basta kakain ka before and after. saka sipag. discipline.

mabilis lang talaga makita yung result. mas visible pa lalo kung payat ka. no need to lose any fat para ma uncover ang mga muscles.

mas ok yung before!

actually kapag medyo chubby dapat talaga may treadmill na kasama.. kasi lalo kang lalaki kapag nagbuhat ka lang.. ganun kasi nangyari sa isa kong officemate :o ...   well, usually, ganito naman sinasabi ng mga instructors before magbuhat, treadmill muna for a certain mins ::)  ::)

kapag treadmill muna, usually pang warm up lang yun.
kung buhat ka talaga, damihan mo ang reps at sobrang magaan lang buhatin mo. habol mo ngalay.

yeah pero masakit yung feeling na yun.. yung nangangalay... minsan kapag nasa office na nararamdaman ko pa rin  :(
