hmm, baka me mali sa training mo....

kase ang formula ng better body is..

nutrition + training + rest = better body!

kung asa tama nmn ung timing ng pag inom mo ng whey eh bka me something wrong with your training like you are not exerting enough.. or baka lagi kang walang pahinga.. restless..

i think kulang sa rest.. kasi 7 days a week ang work ko eh.. buti nga kahit papano naisisingit ko pa pagji-gym.

yup, mwwalan ng time na makarecover ang katawan mo...

hmmmm... interesting... so, paano na gagawin ko kung 7 days a week ang trabaho ko?




After work! or during lunch.. I actually do that..


Minsn p nga eh I work out  in the gym at midnight. Kinakarir q kase. Hehehhee.
