i dont smoke and i only drink occasionally.. diet or sleep siguro.. especially sleep kasi lagi kulang..

TRY TO get good quality sleep

isa rin yan sa prob ko.. sleep. kasi i dont want to take pills just to make me sleep.


most of the time ...nasa mind daw talaga ang reason... ng ganitong mga problem... kaya dapat ifeed ang mga utak ng magagandang bagay..

Check out some relaxation breathing techniques or even yoga.
