What is the process of starting a business?

determine the 5 C's of credit:

*Character - kung anong business gusto mo. pinakamahalaga to pero often neglected. kasi maraming nagb-business ngayon dun lang sa kung ano ang patok. okay lang maging feasible pero try to consider your preference pa din. kailangan din ito to have a good credit rating.

*Capital - second most important. natural kailangan mo ng pera.

*Capacity - you need to have a good standing sa mga financial firms like banks. very crucial as it determines your overall cash flow and your rating--in a nutshell, what your business looks like in the eyes of investors. this will dictate your capacity of handling liabilities.

*Collateral - you need something big that will secure your loan, aka your soon-to-be business. an expensive asset or property is also boost, but not necessary. just something that makes a statement when you go to the bank and ask up for a loan for starting a business.

*Condition - eto ang pinakamahirap. siyempre kailangan magbigay ka ng conditions and agreements with the bank/lender. interest rate, amount of principal, years to pay etc. bola-bolahin mo lang yung bangko.

once na maayos mo na to, if small business lang with single proprietorship or partnership, punta ka ng DTI and BIR. if you will incorporate a full-size company, hire ka ng lawyer o kahit ikaw kung kaya mong gumawa ng laws. Punta ka ng SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) to file your request for articles of incorporation, then DTI and BIR. if you have logos or any kind of IPs (intellectual properties), paregister mo sa IPO.

a long process, i know. pero once you receive your first financial statement/cash flow/balance sheet, tas nakita mong anlaki ng balik, wow.

please add more kung may nakalimutan ako. BSBM student here kaya may background hahaha.

I also like having my own boutique and restaurant!  ;D

anu ba pdeng maging sideline aside from networking?
partime na pde pagkakitaan while doing full time work?

^the internet/cyberspace can offer you a handful of part-time jobs. only, it often require skills and/or expertise on certain fields like creative writing, web editing, photoshop, etc.

speaking of business, any ideas what to sell? or set up? kung magkakabusiness kayo, do you prefer manufacturing, merchandising, o servicing?

i would prefer servicing. mas mahirap kapag produkto sa totoo lang.

yeah. mahirap produkto. pero may mga kakilala ko who quit their regular jobs to focus on selling... yung mga usana.. pag nagpost sa fb, life coach na life coach ang dating..

being a life coach is something that people earn from nowadays. i kinda do that. thats why in some aspects i feel strongly for some of the "wrong" attitudes of people, especially in business and growing wealth.

You develop the skill and mindset and then make it into a income. Awesome.

true. it's an attitude game after all.
