good evening po! newbie po ako dito..patulong sana ako..
ito ang tanong ko po: kaka start ko lng kahapon mag gym pra mag loss weight po..anu po ba ang dpat kainin pg nag gym??at tyaka anu ang dpat unahin na buhatin pag nag gym po?? :) :) :)




ako, i eat rice pa rin pero in moderation. then, wla nang junkfoods at softdrinks. water lang. fruits, veggies, tapos more protein pra sa mucles natin.

then, before i start for the weights, nag-wa-warm up exercises muna ako, 7 mins for classic exercises and 7 mins for abs. after nyan, depende na sa program mo for that day.

Start with the foundation first which is strenght development. And complex exercises is the king.
