Just want to reopen this thread to share my experience.

I had my Dorsal Slit type or libreng tuli sa Barangay style circumcision after elementary graduation in the summer.  Ever since then, lagi kong naging problem is namamaga - nagkakaroon ng manas or edema sa excess skin part after I masturbate, or after having a long play with my partners.  One time my gf was disturbed kasi after our deed ay magang maga siya (imagine yung pangangamatis immediately after the circumcision, ganun palagi ang nangyayari sa akin after the deeds).

Of course second concern ko is ampangit talaga ng itsura ng etits ko sa ilalim.  yung kulubot is really disturbing for me.  I even have skin tunnels from the stitches, that i always had to clean with toothpick.  Minsan napag tripan ko pa kabitan ng body piercing accessories.

In 2020 during the pandemic was what i thought would be the best time to have a revision of my circumcision.  I had it done sa Medico Global Clinic in Timog.  What they did is still a circumferential cut and removed the excess skin under.  Less than 2 weeks after the revision i was fully healed with the help of the High Intensity LASER Therapy that we have at the hospital where I work.  Kaya lang since mejo malaki ang tinanggal na balat, My penis looked smaller because the lack of skin pulls it to be buried sa abdomen ko.  But it was resolved back to visual size after about 2 months, with routine stretching.

Since then ay nawala na ng manas/maga problem ko after the deed.

Not only is it more aesthetic, may nadagdag na pleasure.  So during the pull part of sex, hindi na humaharang ang lambi sa burat, so mas ramdam mo ang rubbing of the head sa vaginal canal.
