This is my dilemma 8 years ago and Im happy that I choose to do my passion(Art) over engineering.
Share your thoughts if you know someone in your family or if you experience it personally.

Cheers and Happy Friday everyone!

This is a tricky question. But the thing is, it depends kasi sa current financial situation mo.

If you have plenty of savings or if you come from a family that is middle class or you are well-off, okay lang to pursue your passion.

It's harder if you need to earn right after graduation. Normally if that's the case you'll end up taking a career which offers more $ even if you do not like.

As long as mahal mo ginagawa mo at hindi toxic ang environment mo.,  hindi sa lahat, pero ang labanan eh

I'm an accountancy graduate. Technically, I'm an accountant but not certified yet. Wala talaga akong planong mag take ng board exam. Right after graduation ko nung 2012, nag apply agad ako ng trabaho and got hired immediately.

I was already earning money that time when I realized na ayoko ng ginagawa ko.

But I am not saying, na itigil mo. Pwede naman ipursue kapag may pera ka na and if there's a chance, pwede mo freelance to.
Recently, freelance interests me.

Working without passion only brings mediocrity into the industry..... i myself is a fine example...got stuck
