Ano-ano ang mga stress management ninyo?

Hi guys,

Bago lang po ako dito kaya sana iwelcome ninyo ako ng todng-todo.

Anyway, just wanted to ask kung ano-ano ang mga stress management styles ninyo? Aside from meditation? I want to start a clean convo muna.

Keeping my cool and setting aside emotions during stress can really help alot being stressed at all. No medication needed, you just need proper diet and exercise regularly.

Having a healthy spiritual life is wonderful to remove stress. Have a fixed time to pray and unload to God your daily burdens. Also, a healthy stroll in the park perks up a listless heart. Another is a good full body massage. Nakakarelax talaga lalo na kapag hard ang massage, the best!

Try also taking chrysanthemum tea or green tea, listen to bossa nova music! Works for me!

Its a good thing na may outlet ka talaga kaya join sa mga organization lalo engage sa interest mo or passion. Plus travelling is a good one. Atleast once a month makasave na gala haha

Thanks! Have you tried something other than this? One time kasi a friend of mine invited me to Mindfulness training...and it's very different. It's refreshing...

Cool kung ganun. Saan? Di ko pa nattry yan par. Ang hanap ko nga ngayon mag aral ng mga self defense parang tanggal stress while learning or dancing lol. Haha

Nanonood ako ng movie alone :) or minsan tinutulog ko na lang.

Kaen, Tulog, Travel, Repeat.

The best way to do it. :D

1. Meditate.
2. Eat with best friends.
3. Travel
4. Sex

Stress release:
1. Jakol ( bago matulog on a stressful day)
2. Walk the dog
3. Read books.

4. Read and react on this forum or fb

5 pray

kailangan ko ng seminar for stress management.

My father recommended me to try Yoga. Pero ang pinakamabilis kasi is magpa-massage. Gusto ko din uminom para mawala ang pressure at mabawasan iniisip.
