May nakapag Taiwan na sa inyo? Ayos ba?

Yup! Eto ung mga na-experience ko...

Weather - According to the cab driver that I took a tour with, they have 4 seasons. Usually ang peak season ng tourists is from October to December dahil malamig. Avoid going there kahit pa-start ng Fall since medyo mainit pa rin, unless ok lang sa inyo. Tinanong ko rin kung nagkakaroon ba ng snow sa Taiwan, sabi niya may 2 areas daw pero nasa medyo mountain na...

Transportation - Transportation's convenient. Halos lahat may English translations naman. Intercity and provincial travel is easy with their TRAs and HSRs but it can get expensive. Sa HSRs, may times na nag-sosold out ang mga slots so you'll have to buy early. Mas mura din ang tickets when you buy online such as from Klook or KKday. Usually voucher or code lang ibibigay sayo which you then present at a ticket booth in exchange for the actual ticket. Similar to Hong Kong's Octopus card or Singapore's NETS, they have the Easy Pass card.

Language - Mostly Mandarin and a few Fookien, although medyo heavy na ang accent nila pag nag-Fookien sila kaya nahirapan akong intindihin. Konti lang rin marunong mag-English so Google Translate will definitely help, or nakaprepare na dapat ung translations ng places na pupuntahan mo before-hand. Learning a few basic Mandarin words would be fun. Nagugulat sila pag marunong ka tapos galing ka from Philippines.

Lastly, visa free na si Taiwan PERO kailangan pa rin mag apply ng travel certificate: http://www.philstar.com/headlines/2017/09/29/1743892/taiwan-grants-visa-free-entry-filipinos

^thank you sir aeon!
