Abs Workout using Application

Sino na po dito nakatry mahbuild ng ABS gamit ang isang android app? gusto ko sana matry. Nag loss na rin ako ng weight pero bulgy pa rin sa front and side. Haha thank you po sa mga makatulong tapos kung may suggested pa kayong diet yong mura lang. Haha




You can try naman siguro bro to follow the android app for abs. In my case kasi I followed a strict workout (total body workout) and I evenly spread my workout schedule. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I do some lifting and cardio. On Tuesdays and Thursdays ab-training, leg-day and chest-shoulder toning. On Saturdays I do some Pilates and Yoga...

Yung workout ko sa abs consist of crunches, hang-bars workout, mountainclimbers, plank and etc.(30 mins ko lang ginagawa).

Pero most importantly I think mas importante yung diet. High Protein (egg whites, chicken breast, red meat na wala masyadong fat) and high fiber diet (kamote, whole wheat bread and dahon dahon).

Pero bro, not all workouts have the same effect. Yung workout program mo might not work for me or yung a kin would work for you. Trial and error ka muna. Hope this help.

Thank you sa tips sa diet. So white lng talaga ng egg. Wala na po akong time sa gym. Haha. May baby na kasi. Siguro pag mag 4 na kung pwede nang maiwan. Haha. Parang maganda naman ang app no equipment na kailangan baka lang may nakatry na rin. Salamat Lord Vee.

Pwede mo naman kainin yung egg yoke...i limit myself into two egg yokes a day...or sometimes isa lang... Bro, yung fishes din pwedeng pwede, food for the abs din yun :)

Thnx bro. Sana mag materialize. Busy pa talaga kaya sa pagkain muna ako magda-diet. The app looks promising naman hehe. Probably by the end of January magamit ko na. Hehe


I read that abs are made in the kitchen.

Also, add multi-joint workout and HIIT then some cardio on fasted state para sunog mga belly fats mo.
