If you have a 2 Million budget for a business, what will it be?

Good day mga peeps!

I have a planned business in the near futre, resto sana ang gusto ko. As much as possible ayoko sana ang mag-renta ng pwesto.

In my estimate, para sa isang resto including ang operating cost, building, equipments, lahat na is roughly 10M para sa concept na nasa isip ko. 10M is really huge.

I can pull out a 2M out of my savings to start a business. Kung kayo ang tatanungin, if you have that kind of budget, what business is best to have and why?

Matagal ko nang pangarap magkaroon ng sariling coffee shop.
So baka mag tayo ako ng coffee shop na may co-working space..
Coffee machine palang nasa 80k+ na eh. So magandang simula yung ganun...

Siguro mga pinoy dishes at ilang other Asian dishes. Or depende pa rin sa kung saan ko maitatayo yung iniisip kong resto.

May iniisip na akong ambiance, mala biker café / resto. I have already the concept in my mind. Matagal na rin akong nag-iipon ng mga anu-anong gamit na ilalagay sa loob. Importante din kasi ang ambiance para makahatak ng tao.

Hopefully sa paguwi ko this summer yung ika-canvas kong property ay maganda ang location. Masakit din sa bulsa, 4M+++ asking price. Sana baka pumayag ang may-ari na hatiin yung lupa.
