ako rin kahit anong kaen ko wla parin payat parin kakakainis !!!!

may nag advice skin damihan ko daw ung ulam ko. kc minsan mahilig lng ako sa sabaw di ako nag uulam at kung minsan matipid ako sa ulam. 

isa pa kumain daw sa proper time. ( kc minsan di ako nag aagahan)

bumigat nmn ako khit konti lng.

then nag gym ako ganda effect nya gumanda build ko prob ko lng nung huminto ako pumayat nnman ako. nwla nkc ung kasama kung mag gym eh!

gym ka na lang healthy way of gaining weight pa. rather than eating cholesterol-filled foods. ;D

at the same time, gain mo mass lalapad ka na.

Ang hirap tlga pg underweight...54 kgs. aq ngaun....5'8 tall....sabi dw kailangan maging  67 kgs. aq para maging proportion ung weight sa height q...kahit anong kain q wala p din...cguro i-trtry q n nga lng ung appeton??(tama ba?)...i hope that will work kaso nga lng mahal ;D

mag gym ka, helps you bulk up. panget din kasi yung idadaan mo lang sa kain.

ayoko naman istop yung walking moments ko kasi exercise is good diba? ewan ko na lang

I used to really skinny. I move up sa size ladder ngayon. What I did was lift weight, eat on time, sleep eight full hours, drink water and milk, eat fruits. I gained around 10 lbs na since last year.

maghintay ka na lang pagtanda mo.. paglampas mo ng 30 magkakalaman ka rin.. nagdideteriorate kasi ang metabolism ng tao habang tumatanda. pasalamat ka na lang at payat ka.. di mo problema ang katabaan which is rather more common of a problem these days.

8. Increase you water intake. A good formula for this is to multiply your bodyweight by .66 to get the required number of ounces per day. You cannot drink to much water.

9. Use nutritional supplements. If you can't afford too many products, just stick with the basics; like whey protein. If you can't afford whey protein the next best thing is egg whites.
