Bawasan mo lang yung RICE mo..

or  Wag ka mag Rice.. instead.. Potato na lang or.. Any Food na .. May Carbohydrates Aside from Rice :D


guys may tanong lang. paano magpaliit ng thigs at lalong lalo na ang calves? hahahaha.
