ako.. i practis to drink more water muna.. water therapy ata tawag dun! then after na ung mumog and gromming steps...
exercise?? very often lng hirap kasi eh hehe

xiempre aside from hilamos... hindi mawawala ang kopi at pandesal.. tas exercise at buhat ng dumbell..

na22log lng ung cat q maghapon at mkkipaglaro pag nagising o kya hahalungkatin ung mga kaldero pag gutom..

"Burger Cat" pala ang nme ng pusa q.. Kase malaki ang face nya at prang Big Mac burger ang hawak mo sa muka nya..

I am thankful since I came here years ago. Wala lang tiyaga yung mga gusto mag-abroad ang dali lang mag-apply sa mga agencies dyan sa pinas. Kailangan lang ng konting sipag at tiyaga at hinde maghihintay lang ng tawag or email ;D
