I was at the gym locker room.. Then I saw this gwapo guy.. (Yes, pumasa siya sa gwapo meter ko.) Mistiso, matangos ang ilong, makinis at maputi.. Tpos meron siyang kasamang best friend nya ata. I must say.. nice physique! he should thank his parents for the genes.. i do believe that he is dehydrated on how the skin looks like. the body fat would be somewhat 7% more or less. pero he is sorrounded with 3 or 4 guys who are at least above 20% body fat.
