How do you wear atheletic supporters...do i need to wear a brief before the supporter or pwede na supporter nlang...?
you dont wear brief under the supporter...
naalala ko tuloy nung nag-sswiming pa ako sa sports center.. there was this guy sa shower room and he's wearing a supporter. weird? tuloy nakalabas pa ang pwet nya. titirahin na lang. anyway.. I think ok naman to wear your brief with supporters.. I saw a lot of people doing that and it looks ok naman.
I have those din. When I play sports or go to the gym, sometimes I wear them. Mas comfortable akong may underwear sa loob then ipapatong na ang supporter. Iba kasi ang tela niya e. Matigas na ewan.
you must wear them with an underwear kasi yung tela ng supporters parang hindi cotton... hindi hypoallergenic... i tried wearing it na walang underwear.... at nang mahaluan ng pawis - ankati!
yup. matitibay na parang mga garters ang tela ng supporter.
so it depends on which setup you're more comfortable.
