I think ang mga nakakagawa nito ay yung sa mga high end na barbershop. Yung mga 200 petot minimum na gupit.
Kaya ng barbero ko 'yan. Tho' they know it as mohawk then you give instructions on how short or long you want it.
Better yet, if you find a good picture, save it on your phone and show it to the stylist or barber.
