Depends ano objective mo. Gano ka ba kapayat? Skinny or Slim lang talaga? At ano target mo?
I think you need proper nutrition. Try to enrol at a gym (or simply workout) and get proper nutrition.
change your mindsettings first.....
magiging busy ka na lang ba habang buhay o bibigyan mo ng time
ang sarili mo para gumanda katawan mo

busy ka pala so mahihirapan ka tlga tumaba kung yun man ang goal mo
at mahihirapan kang mag build ng muscles sa katawan mo
kung wala kang time sa work out at proper diet

ang sarap naman ng mga problema nyu, magpataba.. haays.. hehe sabagay, kanya kanyang frustrations yan.. =)
mas masarap na problema ang magpa payat .. ang dali dali nyan para aken .. ;D

i was thinking the same thing when i was slim but after gaining weight, its hard to trim down those fats especially the belly fats. if i were in your situation dude. i'd be happy cause all i need to do is to tone my body. It's easy to develop a muscle than eliminating a fat.

but to think of it, i can't be happy just like that coz it's also hard to develop muscles .. anyway, how did you gain weight?
@gebb after college, kain ng kain tapos nung nagka work na, lalong nag gain pa dahil tuwing off kain lagi sa labas with barkada. tapos d ako nag eexercise noon kahit simpleng pushup man lang.
now, medyo nag iingat na sa kinakain at pag ginaganahan naman nag eexercise. the usual lang like 15 - 20 push up, 20 ab crunch. gud thing medyo nabawasan na rin ang taba sa belly.
ung muscle madedevelop mo yan kung kakain ka ng protein rich foods daw. maybe its true kasi d naman ako nag gym pero some people think i go to gym when in fact the only exercises i do aside from what i've mention is 3- 4 hours swimming.

that's exactly the problem -- my eating habits.
i can't improve on it. i just can't eat a lot, i easily get full.

it's ok to eat as long as you burn fast. i noticed kasi sa mga workers namin na grabe ang food consumption and i completely understand them dahil they need energy and they're lean and ripped because of their work.

mga baker sila.. ;D just imagine almost 8 hrs nakatayo lang at magmasa ng tinapay, magbuhat ng sang sako ng harina. i tried helping but its not easy pala. ang bigat ng mga dough pag minamasa palang. no wonder lumaki mga braso nila sa kakamasa ng mga tinapay.

same sentiments here. kahit na kumain ako 6 times a day konti lang ang effect. tapos pag nagkasakit ang bilis pumayat ng todo ulit .

3 program qu ewan ko lng kung tama pero nag improve tlga ko d2 nagulat mga classmates ko nung highskul kc macho ko daw ? haha saya dba ! ;D

2.back , biceps
3.shoulder,lower(legs),abs
gagawin nyu yan everyday alternate .
bago mag gym kumain ng kahit anong ulam basta may kanin . then after mag gym kanin din ulet . amf n yan sobrang nakakbadtrip kumain pinilit ko lng tlga . ;)
then habang nag ggym naman inom kau pro weigh or soya . mura lng soya 27 pesos lng sa mini stop :D protein giver yan .. tapos sa umaga abangan nyo ung magtataho bili kyo khit 10pesos ok n .. tpos ever 3hrs kain kanin :D basta kanin ;D
oops bawal mag puyat ! kahit mga 10pm lng ma2log n kyo . tpos tanghali tulog din pra sulit lakas sa gym .. hmm anu p b ?
ung appeton nga pla d ako nag improve dun . sayang 800 :)
