Title: 3 Exercises you can do in the gym to burn fat and be fit..

Basicallly, mga pgg friends. merong tayong mga exercises na pwede mong gawin especially kung nagmamadali ka.. At kung ayaw mo nang mga maskomplikadong mga exercises..

Una.

Squat
Bale, ipatong ang barbell or yung mismong handle lang sa bandang ilalim ng batok mo. Hawakan ang handle gamit ang dalawang kamay. Kung ppwede eh thumbless.. ito ung pagdidikitin ang lahat ng dalire mo sa handle at mistulang i-cucup mo ung paghawak sa handle. Mgnda n ganun ang gawin para mapanatiling tuwid ang wrist at forearm mo.

Ngyon, mag-squat ka.. Ituwad mo ang pwet mo pababa.. Dpat hinde magalaw ang barbell. Tpos bumaba hanggang mag parallel ang hita mo sa ground. You can prefer to go deeper for better results.

Points: Malakas kumain ng calories at magpalaki ng muscle ng buong katawan; Magbibigay korte sa mga hita. Magbibigay ng sapat na umbog sa pwet. Magbibigay sayo ng stronger abs.

Ikalawa
Deadlift
Maglagay ng barbell sa harap.. Tumayo sa harap nito.. Dpat ang buka ng mga paa eh pantay sa lapad ng balikat. Wag hayaang kumuba ang likod. Dpat straight all the time.. Gamitin ang hita para maabot ang barbel. tpos buhatin ito.. Parang me nakita kang bagay sa sahig at inangat mo lang. Hinde kailangang i-unat ang buong katawan. Basta mai-angat mo lng eh ok na.
Points: Malakas magconsume ng calories. Titibay ang likod at binte. Magkakaron ka ng stronger abs.

Ikatlo
Benchpress
I think meron naqng thread na ginawa para d2.. So check na lang un for more info.. Anyway,humawak ng dumbell or barbell tpos from the chest eh i-push ung weight upward.. then ibaba dahan dahan bago tumama sa dibdib. Then push ulet.
Points: Lalakas ang muscle sa dibdib. Lalakas dn ang mga triceps sa braso at balikat

You can do all this things nang 12 reps by 3 sets. or 5 reps by 5 sets. with around 1-2 minutes na pahinga in between.

anu ba ang magandang exercise para madevelop ung arm? kasi medyo payatot ako ngaun. gusto ko lang na medyo makaroon ng laman ung mga braso ko...

eh di.. train ur biceps, triceps, at deltoids.. Meron aqng pinost na exercises focusing on that.. Hanapin mo n lng somewhere sa thread..

Pero mawowork out dn ung arms mo pag ginawa mo ung 3 major exercises sa thread na to. Overall kase ang tama nung mga yun sa katawan mo.

pag nagchest ka like bench press.. nagwowork jan secondary ung triceps mo at front deltoid (front shoulder).

pag nagback ka like any rowing exercises eh nawowork din secondary ung shoulders mo.

kaya usually nila pagsasabayin back-biceps at chest-triceps tapos lahat may abs at shoulders. pag pagod ka na, puro legs naman.

pero ingat lng na wag mag over fatigue.. kya meron tayong mga "splits" na tinatawag sa work out pra mkpgconcentrate on certain parts.. Degrading ang over fatigue kase hinde lalaki ang mga muscle mo kunde liliit lalo kase sobrang nadamage ung mga muscle mo. Mejo ibang topic nmn to ah. Complicated..

Also drink ur whey protein after work out ok.

compound exercises(olympic lifts) yan ang dabest na lifts, good cardio, great strength training

well.. to put it seriously. Dpat i-encorporate ang at least 1 of these compound exercise at the begining of each workout session.

sobrng effective kase ito! ung gumagamit k ng mga compound exercises kase gumagamit ka ng masmadaming muscles na na-sstress. kya masmabilis ka lalake d2. mppncn mo ung pagbilis ng tibok ng puso after a set. which means na stress ang buong ktwan mo.

I see.... so malaki ung possibility na ndi ko pa nagagawa eto.

Out of topic question:

Ok lang na ung iworkout muna ung upperbody mo, then kapag medyo firm na eh tsaka mo pa lang iworkout ung lower body.

Hmm, I think ok lng.. Pero bka magkarisk ka na magmukang Jhonny Bravo. at bka maturn down ka because of that. Pero I recomend doing at least one session for the legs per week.

Kung magpapalaki ka eh taasan lagi ang protein. Aim for red meats (pork, beef) kase masmadame itong protein kesa sa mga white means like fish and chicken. Plus me Glutamine ang red meat. You can make your fat intake low and moderate for carbohydrates. Eat every 2-3 hours a day. Always include 1 cheat day where in you can eat whatever you want including junk food.

ang sabi naman ng PT ko is sinisingit nya daw ung Legs once in a blue moon...hehe

sa tanda ko kasi sa 3 months ko na pagworkout eh parang thrice pa lang kami nag leg workout.

Dpat at least once a week ang legs mo.. Pwede mo n lng i-suggest un sa knya.. Remember, kalahati ng katawan mo is legs.

ndi din.... payat ang legs ko. siguro naisip ng PT ko na baka maworkout na din un sa threadmill...haha

but u need lean mass.. hinde kya un ng threadmill lng.. u need weights.

Oo.. Pero I just look at the mirror or some of my half naked pics and tell myself.. "I need to be better!"

Pero.. kaht n prang tinatamad aq eh nagbubuhat pa dn aq.. Yun nga lng eh tumatagal ung mga pagpapahinga q.. I also flex my muscles pra mkta q ung pinaghirapan q so that gives me the inspiration to work out pa.

Yung prang nagiging routine na ung gngwa mo.. Well, it really is a routine. Pero there are times tlga n nkakatamad specially pag konti ang tao sa gym. Prang walang buhay. I like seeing a lot of people pag asa gym. I also like it to have a friend to work-out with me (Although this happens only 10% of the time). Tsaka ung pamamaga ng mga muscles.. I like having my muscles filled with blood kase mas lumalalki clang tignan plus gumaganda ang curves.

I also hate the part na minsn nagmumuni-muni aq.. Ka bad 3p, pampasira ng concentration.

Sa case ko naman is mas prefer ko na konti ang tao sa gym. :)

Sa akin naman, tinatamad ako kasi halos 1 week akong hindi nakapagworkout. kahit ung situps na ginagawa ko every morning is hindi ko nagagawa.

^^ rule of thumb.. wag kang hihinto.. Once, nasimulan mo ng mag workout eh dpat na 2loy-2loy n un.. Else sayang lahat ng gastos mo.

Ganun din ako, pag maraming tao sa gym, nawawalan ako ng gana kasi naman nauubos oras ko sa kapipila para makagamit lang ng mga bench or ung lat pull machine.  ;D

Tinatamad ka ba? Ang kailangan mo eh "Inspirasyon" - need mo nga girl/s sa buhay mo!  8)
