A bit of supplements(like appetite stimulant) would help. Motivation should kick in para tuloy tuloy. Kung tumaba ka man wag sana yung baboy or yung sabog (usually sweets ang common suspect nito eh like softdrinks, etc). Try mo ipractice everyday kumain ng gulay at prutas hehe
