4. Stop to the conversion of agricultural land to become sundivisions, golf courses, etc. Use the poor to farm food for the government. All agricultural land will be under the state.
5. Get the Pangarap Village Land from Greggy Araneta and return it back to the poor residents who are at the verge of eviction
6. Have a group of nuns live in Malacañang to pray day and night for tHe President and the State, to consecrate the Philippines again to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary; to have a monthly Ecumenical Prayer for the State welfare.

1. Actually, gusto ko magkaroon tayo ng matinding naval power that we can straddle our aircraft carriers along our territorial waters in South China Sea. F*** China. At least in this regard. Haha
4. I disagree on having all agricultural land under the State. Nasan ang right to private property? Plus the private sector is waaay better and more efficient in responding to supply and demand shifts than the government. What the government has to do is to support those private property owners by getting their titles right, reducing bureaucracy, removing trespassers and squatters, and imposing the rule of law.
6. Can't they just pray at their own respective churches or houses? There is a clear separation of church and state that is promulgated by the constitution. Who will pay for the food and accommodation of these nuns? Can the imams, the pastors, babaylans, monk also pray for the head of the state?
What we need is a clear vision and a concerted effort to realize that vision.

Here are the following on what should I do should I become the president of the Philippines for six to eight years:
- Remove all kinds of foreign equity ownership restrictions from the 1987 Constitution and let Congress dictate the foreign equity ownership restriction terms, if ever there is.
- Shift the administrative system from unitary to federal by gradual basis (asymmetric federalism in political science parlance).
- Shift from presidential to parliamentary form of government after my presidential term.
- Scrap CARP and encourage large-scale commercial farming.
- Increase defense spending especially on the navy and air force.
- Forge free trade agreements with the EU, US, Mercosur, and Pacific Alliance (Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru).
- Encourage infrastructure spending through PPP and Swiss challenge setup.
- Legalize divorce, same-sex marriage, prostitution, and abortion
- Build nuclear, solar, wind power plants
- Restore Spanish language as one of the official language and be taught from Kindergarten in the same manner as English and Filipino.

2. Encourage everyone to use bicycle as an alternative way of transportation – Sadly mahirap gawin ito dahil kulang tayo sa espasyo para sa bikelane. Solution, mala-skyway na daanan ng mga bisikleta sa ibabaw ng mga major na kalsada. Example. Sa kahabaan ng Edsa, pwedeng ilagay ang elevated bikelanes sa ilalim ng poste ng MRT. Ganun din sa mga LRT.
During weekends, kailangan isara ang isang lane para lamang gawing EXCLUSIVE BIKE LANE. Dapat may specific oras lamang at hindi the whole time.

Gagawin kong batas na gamitin ang wikang tagalog sa mga meeting sa Senado o talumpati ng presidente.
8. Gawing legal ang abortion. Napakarami ng populasyon ng Pilipinas.
9. Tanggalin ang mga skwater sa tabing ilog ng MM.
Kapag ako ang presidente?
1. Infrastructure.. Rail and road network mula Luzon hanggang Sabah.. Construction of LRT/MRT, subways, skyways, airports etc. not just in manila..
2. Modernization of the armed forces.. Armed them with nuclear.. Mandatory ROTC..
3. Assert our rights in WPS and Sabah..
4. Federalism.. Para hindi lang focus sa manila ang pag unlad..
5. Death penalty.. I'm not talking about killing.. I'm talking about purging all citizens who has the habit of disobeying the law..
If i am the president, i will tell my vice president to wwork while i travel the world and making peace talks, gaining their trust and ask for their help to improve the country.
