usually best to take a shower before the massage as it is not adviseable after.

I went to Ace Water Spa in Quezon City. They charge P500 but you get to experience more than 20 Different Water Massage. It's "Wantusawa." Better bring along your own trunks if you don't wanna rent.

weird lang kasi hindi lang puro massage or spa services ang niooffer ng place na to. meron din mani/pedi, haircut, foot spa, etc... so yung place is divided into 3 or 4 parts...
pero generally, i'd give it 3.5 stars. (wahaha. meganon?)

when i was in thailand i tried thai massage and it made me sore for days ;D parang gusto kasi nilang gawing pretzel ang katawan ko andun yung parang gusto nila pag abutin ang ulo tsaka buttocks ko..hindi pa naman ako flexible...ang tsakit ;D

I've tried Balinese Spa at Festival Mall Alabang. The service was great for P550. You can have sauna then after that 1 hour massage. Tanggal lahat ng lamig ko sa katawan. They provide robe and shorts for the massage. Meron ka pang privacy sa sauna kasi one at a time lng. Meron for men and women. seperate ang sauna. Hindi kagaya sa Wensha na parang public na talaga ang sauna. Try nyo yun guys if ever na magawi kayo sa Alabang.

ay grabe ang pagka "public" ng sauna sa wensha pero depende p dn sa preference.. aq kc eh ok lng as long as wag mag-sstare ng 2 minutes ang mga tao there. haha! lol. Ang iniicp q eh "susulitin q ang binayad q sa wensha..".

Tried The Spa in Trinoma.. Mejo nakakabother ung pagtitig sakin nung middle age man.. D tlga xa umaalis sa pwesto pra makakita ng mga bagay-bagay.. Pero ok lng cguro sakin, I think masaya n xa dun sa mga ganung bgay.. Mejo mahal d2.. P1,250+ ang budget mo dapat.. At cheap na ata ito. Meron pang more expensive.

nung nagpamassage aq sa THE SPA eh sabi sakin ni gurl eh wag na daw aqng maligo for the day. the next day n lng aq maligo..
Mejo greasy ung katawan q nun kaya bigla tuloy aqng napa-post sa front mirror kase slightly shiny ang katawan q.. Sobrang relaxing.. un nga lng mejo mahal..

ahaha weird. kasi im an avid spa goer.. pero for some reason hindi pa din ako nakakapunta sa wensha.
2 main reasons:
- malayo
- parang kailangan ko ng kasama pagpunta dun - ang boring siguro kung mag-isa ka lang magbu-buffet; saka boring din kung mag-isa ka lang habang nakababad sa jacuzzi (walang kausap).

Wensha is overrated.
Massage is just ok. The male therapist surprisingly had soft hands. Masunurin naman yung masseur (kasi iba-iba pressure ko e, pag sa likod harder). And na-crack naman nya yung likod ko na stressed. There were no solo rooms (2 beds in one room); there was no privacy.
Massage/Masseur: 3 Stars
The wet area was, well, super wet. I got turned off sa warm pool... puro oil. And I had a feeling na ang dumi-dumi ng pool. I didn't even try to go to the cold jacuzzi. The shower rooms were okay, except for the shower itself. Nakaka-lapnos ng balat sa init nung tubig. And the cold water was not even cold. Sauna and steam rooms are packed.
Wet area: 1.5 Stars
Food/Buffet -- ANG DAMING TAO. There was no vacant seat/table when I got finished with my massage. So i just decided to drink orange juice (na hindi naman malamig, the ice in the bucket melted na) and not eat what was served. But by the looks of it, muka naman masarap kasi madami tao. Jam packed talaga.
Food: N/A (because I didn't eat)
Ambiance of the buffet area: 1.5 Stars
Others:
Parking: 1 Star
Location/Accessibility: 2 Stars
Customer Service: 2 Stars
Will I go back? -- I'll think about it. It's not a spa that I'd go to alone "just because". 1) Malayo, and 2) Overrated... Maybe I can consider going back if meron ako kasama.

these are all second hand information from the experience of my 2 male officemates who tried wensha for the first time (pasay branch).
one guy tried the body wash with massage. in short, papaliguan ka pala dito ng staff nila and they require you to strip naked. (medyo alangan lang talaga siya nung nakaharap na siya dun sa naghuhugas). he also tried the steam bath where there was low lighting inside. on the dark corner, there were two men with no towel and obviously stroking some rod.. he did not stay anymore.
the massage was quite okay as it was a male therapist. kuha daw yung gusto niyang pressure at nabuhat siya. but there were some instances that parang sinasadya daw tamaan yung kanyang balls. so naiilang lang siya instead na ma-relax.
the other guy just had the massage with a lady therapist. parang pagod na raw kasi walang lakas. mas okay na sana kung male kaso nung kino-compare niya na medyo maiilang lang siya, wag na lang din daw. similar observations lang din sa wet floor. tapos siya was the one who tried the warm pool where people get naked (quite awkward na rin for him). what made him get out of the pool was when 2 men approached him and sat right beside him, just asking silly questions. it did not take a minute that he decided to leave the pool as well.
bottomline, there was just too much "disturbing" experiences rather than a relaxing visit. made me think twice coming over there.

Just got home from Wensha Timog. BTW, first time ko pumunta sa isang spa kaya i was a bit conscious to strip naked and all especially more than half of male customers kanina aren't straight (well, i think so, weird kasi sila kung makatingin at sunod ng sunod sila kung kani-kanino). OK yung pressure and na-relax naman ako except that i noticed him na ilang beses nya nahawakan ang portion ng balls ko at napapatama yung kamay nya sa alaga ko. Idagdag mo pa ang pag-concentrate ng pagmamassage nya sa chest ko sa nipples ko. Hinayaan ko na lang since nasa upper limit ang "L" ko dahil matagal ng tigang. ;D

Midnight. OK naman ang massage, it's just the pool at ang mga nagkalat na gays ang off sa place. I have nothing against gays, nakakailang lang na sumusunod sila at parang may scanner ang mga mata kung makatingin. ;D

i had a massage last sunday sa body and soul sa baguio.
facilties are ok. meron shower and sauna, but that's only for the customers na magpapa-body scrub or services that would require taking a bath.
massage was great. male therapist talaga ang mag massage sayo (pag girls, female therapist). mejo madaldal yung therapist ko, pero ok lang. compensated naman sa massage mismo.
price was fine. 350 for a WBM.

pero usually, 10-30% nung total gross amount ng service. kasi usually, meron naman sila percentage from the amount nung service.

if im not mistaken, this may be the deep tissue massage that other spas call it. basta more on muscle and theres stretching. 1.5 hours ito.

normal talaga yung binababa yung shorts/underwear sa pwet pagminamassage. para sakin kulang ang masasge kung wala yun. ahah. seriously. yung sa harap, konti lang... not to the point na lalabas na penis mo. personally, i prefer to be massaged without any clothing on. meron naman towel to cover, marunong naman sila sa draping. saka sanay na sila makakita ng private parts... kasama sa trabaho nila yun.
btw, san ka nagpa-homeservice? kasi naghahanap din ako dito sa may rizal area... tamad na kasi ako minsan lumabas ng bahay.

i think its okay. medyo kilala ata siya sa antipolo at relatively bago raw facilities.
kakabasa ko lang pala, hindi raw magaling mag masahe so-so lang ang service for 500. but they have packages ng massage and scrub.

A very relaxing music is played, may mga huni pa ng ibon, i find it presko since most of their wall are covered with pawid (just like a bahay kubo) 350 for 1 hour ang full bosy massage (swedish ang option ko). Magaling magmassage yung girl medyo dyahe lang coz, binaba nya yung brief ko then massage my butt. It seems their therapist are well trained since may academy pala sila to conduct training for massage. And most I like is that walang ES, therapist are polite, Yun nga lang they don't have a secured parking kaya kakabahan ka kung ano nangyayari sa vehicle mo since long the street ka lang nag-park. Overall rate for this para sakin is 8 stars out of 10. Being 10 as the highest.

I may say that their massage is one of the best that i experienced so far. Unlimited ang food nila pero bawal daw magtira kasi may charge pag may left-overs. Though hindi ko naubos yung kinain ko di naman nila kami pinagbayad. I love the red tea (unlimited din) nila, tamang tama lang ang timpla. Sauna is the best naubos ata ang tubig ko sa katawan, hindi na namin natry yung pool kasi andaming sniper e kahit sa locker room madaming sniper kaya beware nalang though hindi naman sila garapal na lalapit sayo, tamang snipe lang :-p. 750 or 850 ata binayad namin per head, not sure kasi hindi ako ang nagbayad. 8) Parking spaces are available para sa mga may dalang vehicle if in case. All in all rating is 9stars out of 10.

I may say that their massage is one of the best that i experienced so far. Unlimited ang food nila pero bawal daw magtira kasi may charge pag may left-overs. Though hindi ko naubos yung kinain ko di naman nila kami pinagbayad. I love the red tea (unlimited din) nila, tamang tama lang ang timpla. Sauna is the best naubos ata ang tubig ko sa katawan, hindi na namin natry yung pool kasi andaming sniper e kahit sa locker room madaming sniper kaya beware nalang though hindi naman sila garapal na lalapit sayo, tamang snipe lang :-p. 750 or 850 ata binayad namin per head, not sure kasi hindi ako ang nagbayad. 8) Parking spaces are available para sa mga may dalang vehicle if in case. All in all rating is 9stars out of 10.

I had this experience last time sa Excelsior SPA sa robinsons gal, yung isang kasama ko na nasa 50's na eh adik sa sauna machine, he showered the machine every 2-3 secs with water at kami sa loob eh nagagalit na.
Nahilo ako pag-uwi ko nadehydrate ako ng husto.

Bumalik ako sa Wensha Timog last week around 10pm,
I was disappointed by the facilities. Ang dumi ng place. The male sauna area pool water was disgustingly greenish brown. I saw one 50+ old guy sneezed his hand and rinsed it in the pool. (yuck!). The wet sauna was a bad experience too. There were three 40-50+ year old fat guys jerking off to each other when i came in. I tried as hard as possible to be deadma and went out after 5 minutes. 3 stalls had broken showers. The plastic clear cups were everywhere. The TV had that huge scratch in the middle.
Nagallergic reaction ako sa liquid soap nila. Nagpapantal yung buong katawan ko around 1 hour after. So I just rinsed myself with water na lang.
The food was not that great but was edible. So I just tried eating the shiomai and the shiopao as much as possible to get my money's worth. The drinks were obviously colored sugared water.
The massage. Buti na lang yung masahistang babae na matanda magaling at mabait. The masahista was obviously skilled and was very courteous. She knew exactly what you wanted and adjusted accordingly. She was also nice to let me sleep for an extra 30 mins.
definitely I'm not going back to Wensha.

Think of Wensha but japanese styled yung ambiance na parang onsen (hot springs/communal bath) ang dating (if you don't mind the naked japanese people). Super linis ng jacuzzi at sauna. Isa siyang rin tambayan sa taas at ang gagaling ng mga masahista.
Meron silang foot massage na 1 oras nilang mamasahe yung paa. Meron ring whole body scrub.

I think the best pa din talaga sa Pasay kung ganun. How much na ba ngayon ang massage? Nagpafull body massage ba keo? Alam ko, 6-8hrs lang ata ang pwede nyong i-stay jan, not sure, anu na bang peg ngayon?

Suggest lang ako ng sauna na mas hindi kasing crowded ng Wensha at less predators. Kaya yun, Lasema Spa sa Makati. Korean type at puro Korean talaga yung pumupunta dun. May mga dry and wet sauna. Yun nga lang, walang buffet. 12 hours pwede mag-stay.

^ hindi, compared to Wensha na minsan halos hindi na kayo magkasya wet area at locker room. Sa Lasema, madami na ung 10 na sabay-sabay kayo sa wet area kaya hindi nakakailang.

Marami talaga na 40s-50s na garapal magjakol sa harap ko... Todo ignore ko sila tapos tinitignan ko sila ng masama na parang gusto ko silang patayin.
Tapos meron pa yung mga payat na 20-30s na tumatiming na walang tao tapos sila sila rin nagmimilagro... dami na ako nahuli pero usually sinasabi ko na "obvious" sila. usually wala na silang gana after that
May isang time na nabilang ko na 4 na sabay sabay na may ginagawa at isa binabantayan yung pintuan...

Paborito ko sa Lasema kasi malapit lang sa bahay. Magaling magmasahe yung si Juvy. Galit siya sa mga hangin-hangin mo sa likod, kaya pakiramdam mo relaxed ka talaga.
With regards to wet area scene, ang weird naman pag nakatowel ka pa, so hubad. Basta use the wet area in an appropriate time frame to clean up/wash yourself. Don't stay inside for more than 15 min. Ligo, steam room, yung ginger pool (kung kaya ng bayag ko ang init, haha) then banlaw. Lingering there would be a sign for predators na open ka... :-X

Nabiktima pala ako ng Visual Predators (may term pa lang ganyan). haha pero kahit di ka rin lingering pede mangyari. haha

Kung mapayapang spa ang gusto mo dito na sa Mbay spa hehe wala masyado tao at malinis ang facilities. Minsan maingay lang yung mga koreano pag sa massage area pero overall ok dito!

Naghahanap ako ng Mud Sauna or Steam Sauna, pero taga South kasi ako (Laguna Area) kaya mas gusto ko sanang Muntinlupa or Laguna Area. Hindi pa ako nkapag sauna dito sa Pinas at usually sa Hotels abroad ko pa lang nasubukan. Naeenjoy ko ang sauna kasi very relaxing at feeling ko mas nakakapag isip ako ng maayos pag nakakapag sauna ako..
Baka naman may alam kayo na malapit sa area ko. Pwede din kayo mag comment ha. Thanks!

Yep. Ok naman sa the spa. I like going to their bgc branch pero kailangan ok ang timing kasi more often than not they're fully booked.
But speaking of price point, medyo pricey. You can get the same (or better) amenities and better quality massages from other spas.
