How do you deal with your horrible bosses/colleagues?
I can't just simply ignore them because I'm closely working with them.
I know that most people can relate to this. I need your thoughts and opinions regarding this matter. Thanks :)

ignoring ay hindi option. kasi kawork nga. natry mo na kausapin one-on-one? labasan lang ng sama ng loob pero syempre "professional way" na paguusap.

may times na kaya kong hindi pansinin pero kasama ko sa department kaya no choice.

hindi ko pa na-confront kasi mas mataas position niya sakin so baka i-bully pa ko sa office.

Meron kami dati sa company HR head grabe pagpapahiya dun sa aplikante, nagkaroon kasi ng mix up sa mga resume tapos yung nag aapply ng office assistant/ messenger napahalo yung papers nya sa mga resume ng mga nag aapply ng engineer sa kumpanya kaya nung interview gulat sya pano nakapasa sa first screening yung nag aapply ng office assistant eh 1st year or 2nd year college lang yata natapos, di naman kasalanan nung tao napasama resume nya dun pero talagang pinahiya sya lakas ng boses ng HR head rinig sa buong office "di ka man nga naka graduate tapos nag aapply ka ng engineer dito?" Basta dami sinabi nung HR head di na nakapagsalita yung tao, umalis nalang bigla, nakakaawa talaga.

I had this before and I just escalated my boss to our next full senior. After that I saw an improvement on how she treats me in the office. It became better for the two of us :D

Depends in the industry though. If you work in finance, dayumm, swearing is as normal as saying hi.
My first boss is a micromanager. He would literally sit beside you looking at your screen on whatever the hell you're doing. Kapag merong routine tasks, like data gathering (aka pasting to Excel), he would even time you and tell you how long you should complete that task.
My last boss is a b*tch. She's
very very formal and wanted everyone in her team to follow her. She would only talk to me during meetings. Hallway encounters had become my outlet of passive-aggression. Emails became my preferred tool of messing up with her. AHh those days ;D ;D ;D
