whey the one used for post-workouts?

i guess tinatanong yung whey(protein).
ito yung iniinom pagkatapos magbuhat or mag workout. usually within 30 minutes.
ang alam kong ginagawa kasi nito 2. pure form ng protein at ito yung protein na madaling ma-digest so punta kaagad sa muscles. right after mag workout siyempre may muscle wear and tear, so nagagawan niya agad ng paraan para maka-recover kaagad yung muscles and in turn bumibilis yung paglaki. (kaya great for bodybuilding)

yung isa pang idea ng pagtake ng whey is nakakaburn siya ng sugar by inducing your body to produce more insulin. so hindi na naiiwan yung taba mula dun sa kinain mo, pinalalakas at pinalalaki yung muscle mo pa. dual function kumbaga kaya mas madaling gumanda yung katawan. (kailangan lang din religious mag exercise)

hindi talaga siya pampataba pero nagiging bulky ka (malapad) kung hindi gaanong sasabayan ng exercise. ang labas eh parang malaki ang katawan pero hindi masyadong prominent yung muscles. parang mala ali peek yung katawan??

(hindi ako expert pero ito lang po ang alam ko sa whey)

as to what brand? hindi ko alam kung ano talaga ang best or mura or effective. consult na lang siguro sa GNC..

Mag antay na lang tyo ng mga may alam at may mga experience..Para malaman natin ung maganda, wala kasi ako tiwala pag sa sales man kana bumili gagamitan kana nun ng salses talk...

sabagay may point ka nga. goal nun talaga aside from tulungan ka, bebentahan ka talaga!
hmm, best option is to go to the doctor or at least isang nutritionist. ewan ko lang pero malamang credible din naman mga trainer sa gym.

mga tsong nag tanong nko sa trainor sa gym...hindi ako nabigyan ng sagot about whey. Pero ni recommend nya mag mega mass daw muna ako.. at ang resulta after 5 days akong uminom ng mega mass. nag gain ako ng 5 or 6 pounds.. Ayos hehe.. Ang brand na binili ko weider mega mass 2000 ang presyo nya sa glorietta sale ko siya nabili (kaya no choice nko ) 1900+ ang tunay na presyo 2100+

ay oo nga bigla kong naalala...
nakakapimples nga raw yan sa likod yung mga supplements.
ganun mo raw mahahalata yung mga bodybuilder na gumagamit ng supplements kasi may mga pimples yung likod.

either allergic ka sa tela ng damit mo or sa detergent na ginagamit mo.. or as plain as masyado oily ang likod mo.. lagyan mo nlang ng astringent before matulog at after maligo.

Ung supplement additional protein yon..Kasi after mo magworkout may nanagyayari sa msucle mo napupunit siya, para mag rebuild kaagad kailangan mo ng protein, para maiwasan din ung pananakit ng hustong husto. makukuha ang protein sa pagkain pero hindi sapat pero pag uminom ka ng protein shake PRESTO..protein intake for the day na achieve mo na...

tama ka dude! pero ok lang ako sa gatas at saging. hindi naman ako nagbo body build hehehe!
at takot talaga ako magkaroon ng mga pimples sa likod.  ;D

go to a gym for a while then stop....you will gain weight of course without taking any pills or supplements.....i've been one of them....now its hard to go back anymore......
