Title: Alternative to shaving cream?
Post by: ImShady on April 20, 2013, 06:02:18 PM
I shave my pubic area because my wife wants me too but I usually don't use shaving cream mainly because I don't use shaving cream on my face when I shave. What can be a good alternative for shaving cream and what would be a good yet affordable shaving cream. As for a shaver, I use those black free gillette shavers with a single gillette ruby blade.

Just curious. Why don't you use a shaving cream?

I don't use shaving cream because it feels ok enough on my face but it feels itchy and weird down there.

Hair shampoo/conditioner works fine.
You can also use lotion.

But if you have a budget, might as well use an electric shaver instead for a clean and no cut skin.

i shave/wax for hygienic purposes.

shaving cream alternates? - conditioner... cetaphil...

actually i read somewhere that everything else works (just don't do it with water only). so i guess, trial and error. not sure lang how true/reliable.
